Let’s practice yoga together on Sunday mornings.

We invite you to this 75min session including breathing, warm up, asanas, and relaxation.

There are enough things in every daily life that are planned weeks or even months in advance. Here you can just join whenever you feel like it.

All you need is a Yoga mat and be on time 😉

Suitable for beginners and for everyone who likes to practice in a group!


About the teachers

Sarah Cattani

Since 2015 years Sarah added skills to her CV an a part from being a trained journalist, videographer and podcast producer, she is a certified yoga teacher and has done classes and workshops in Malaysia, India, Andaman Islands, Turkey and Luxembourg and loves to share her passion.

The mother of two teaches Hatha yoga but also Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga and Partner Yoga.


John Taye

John is from Northeast India (Assam) and is teaching yoga since 2016, but also practices meditation and other body work like Contact Dance, Partner & Acro Yoga or Mixed Martial Arts.
