Algorithmics and Altrimenti invite your children to our Digital ARTventures Summer Camps!
Together we have prepared an exciting 5 – day summer camp program for your child, which includes programming and art, full of fun and joy!
Designed specifically for young creative minds, this unique holiday camp features a combination of programming games in gdevelop while trying on different roles in the ITindustry; immersing in video creation and editing, and developing artistic skills through f ive distinct creative stations.

GAME CREATION
The course’ s content, tasks and story have been adapted to children’ s age- based needs and
characteristics, so all students of the Digital Media Studio should be between 8 and 12.
IN 5 DAYS, YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN:
Creating their own news blog about video games, working as a games journalist
They’ l l take on the role of scriptwriters, writing scripts for a promo video
The kids will feel l ike developers and launch their own game
VIDEO CREATION
Film Studio invites children to try their talents in the exciting world of fi lm- making. Kids will explore script- writing, directing, acting, and editing, while producing together a short movie. Join us for a week fi l led with creativity, collaboration, and cinematic adventure.
CAMERAKIDS PROGRAM:
Basics of Film Production and Script Writing. Participants will learn basics about f i lm production and the various roles within a f i lm crew. They will brainstorm to identify a project and start developing together a storyline.

DAY 2: Storyboarding and Getting to Know the Equipment. Introduction to storyboarding and i ts significance in planning a f i lm. Overview of filmmaking equipment, including cameras, tripods, and microphones. Participants will get hands- on practice with the equipment
DAY 3: Training Camera Work and Audio Recording with Actors. Instruction and practice in camera work, focusing on different shots and angles. Introduction to audio recording techniques. Working with actors, participants will practice directing scenes and recording audio, ensuring they capture high- quality sound.
DAY 4: Filming. Participants will spend the entire day f i lming their project. They will follow their storyboard and script, directing and shooting scenes with actors.
DAY 5: Production. Editing footage, adding audio, and color grading. Participants will learn basic editing techniques to bring their f i lms together. The camp will f inish with a screening session that will conclude with a discussion and feedback.
At the end of the summer camp, a f i lm screening with all the projects produced over the summer will be organised!
ART Lessons
Five days of exciting activities to foster motor, creative, critical thinking, and problem- solving skills, along with concentration, spatial- visual abilities, patience, perseverance, and interpersonal skills, using art to express emotions. Designed to be interactive and social, these workshops offer a fun setting for children to collaborate and share ideas. Participants leave with a personally significant handmade i tem and enhanced skills, deepening their appreciation for crafts.
CREATIVE COLOURS SPACE: This station immerses children in the visual arts, starting with an introduction to basic colour theory- covering primary, secondary, and tertiary colours- and culminating in the creation of finished artworks using their new skills.
NATURE NOOK: Children paint pots and plant herbs, merging art with nature. This educational experience enhances creativity and teaches about plant l i fe cycles, as children decorate their pots with vibrant designs before planting.
HANDS-ON CLAY LAB: Hands- On Clay Lab: Attendees learn the fundamentals of working with clay and explore various techniques to shape and mold it into different forms such as bowls, cups, and sculptures.
MAGICAL WEAVES: Magical Weaves: Participants learn to create their own dream catchers, traditional Native American objects believed to protect against bad dreams, and design their own bracelets using a variety of materials and techniques.
SNAPSHOT STUDIO: This station introduces the basics of photography and photo editing, encouraging participants to explore their artistic talents further. It’s ideal for fostering creativity, teaching technical photography skills, and capturing memorable moments.
